The vision for this intergenerational facility follows a year-long feasibility study by BerryDunn and Maugel Destefano Architects. With nearly 65,000 SF of new and renovated space, the center reuses portions of a 1948 building and replaces a former gym structure with a larger recreational and fitness building, community gathering spaces, a senior center, meeting rooms, and offices. The new state-of-the-art facility will allow the town to expand recreational programming and consolidate operations while creating a vibrant and welcoming place for socializing and celebrating community pride.
