The original 1900s clubhouse had structural deficiencies and insufficient space to host large events and private functions that could be attended by the entire membership. The design team worked closely with the building committee and the club manager to design a comprehensive renovation and addition to the antiquated facility.  The new design features a function room with a deck to accommodate 250 guests, a new bar with lounge seating, an additional gathering space to accommodate 85, and a wrap-around deck with an outward focus on the golf course and vistas of the Seacoast.
