KEARSARGE

The Kearsarge building in downtown Portsmouth is a quintessential New England historic jewel. Built in the 1870s, the building originally served as a hotel and is located on the southwest corner of Congress and Chestnut Streets. The Kearsarge now serves multiple commercial tenants. As the "Architect On Call" for the building owner, the team restored and renewed common areas, and designed numerous tenant fit-ups that improved the business offerings of suite occupants.
