Drawing inspiration from the region’s history and natural surroundings, Maugel designed Forge & Vine's 156-seat restaurant with elements of wood and iron. The centerpiece of the restaurant is an eight-foot wood-fired grill and open kitchen with counter seating where guests can enjoy dinner while interacting with the chef. The bar area features a 26-seat, u-shaped bar with tastefully positioned televisions for viewing sporting events. Moveable walls between the bar and general dining room can be opened to provide maximum seating flexibility. A covered four-season outdoor patio features a fieldstone fireplace with soft seating and a seasonal viewing deck.
