SENIOR ARCHTECT

We are looking for a Senior Registered Architect that is design oriented and loves to be out front with clients and new business. This leadership position requires a person that can think big about the future and guide implementation short term. This person will lead a design team and be supported by an established group of technical architects. This person will also help us establish and deliver consistent high-quality customer service. Responsibilities:

  • New business development
  • Actively lead and participate in building sales competency of the firm.
  • Development of innovative sales strategies and customer service standards.
  • Strategic relationship plans.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to continuously improve collateral and market knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Business acumen
  • At least 12 years of design experience in large complex commercial projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Established network relationships and relationship building skills

PROJECT MANAGER

We're looking for a self-motivated project manager with 10+ years of experience in architecture.  The ideal candidate loves working with clients and is excellent at planning, budgeting, and working complex, highly-detailed projects to successful completion.

Great opportunity for a results-oriented individual with extensive AutoCad and Revit experience. Portfolio required.

DESIGN STAFF Level II

Designer and production staff with at least 5 years of full-time architectural firm experience. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in architecture and a proven knowledge of building systems. Qualifications required:

  • Experience in the development of commercial construction documents.
  • Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCad in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently but thrives in a collaborative setting

DESIGN STAFF Level I
