Maugel DeStefano renovated FIBA’s corporate offices, manufacturing, and assembly facility in Littleton, Massachusetts. FIBA is a leading provider of gas containment equipment and services serving the industrial gas, chemicals, specialty gas, offshore oil and gas exploration, and alternative fuel industries.

The project scope included extensive renovations and new construction, featuring a two-story corporate office addition integrated into the existing 384,000-square-foot precast concrete manufacturing plant. A prominent glass atrium entry façade was introduced to establish a new, signature identity for the facility, transforming both the arrival experience and the overall character of the building.
