Maugel Architects announced the firm is working with A.W. Perry and Integrated Builders to redevelop the former Garelick Farms/West Lynn Creamery processing and distribution center at 626 Lynnway in Lynn, Mass.
The 250,000 square foot industrial facility, renamed Lynnway Park, was recently purchased by A.W. Perry, a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham. Maugel will be supporting A.W. Perry’s efforts to reposition the building for multi-tenant industrial mixed use.
This is Maugel's second high profile project in the City of Lynn in recent years. The firm designed the new 70,000 SF Demakes Family YMCA located on Neptune Boulevard. Opening of the new facility is schedule for May 7, 2021. Read More.
