Maugel Architects announced the firm is working with A.W. Perry and Integrated Builders to redevelop the former Garelick Farms/West Lynn Creamery processing and distribution center at 626 Lynnway in Lynn, Mass. The 250,000 square foot industrial facility, renamed Lynnway Park, was recently purchased by A.W. Perry, a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham.  Maugel will be supporting A.W. Perry’s efforts to reposition the building for multi-tenant industrial mixed use.
