Maugel Architects has been selected to design 80,000 square feet of ground-up, industrial warehouse space for PGA Realty. Located at Upton Drive in Wilmington, Massachusetts, the building is being designed on a speculative basis to serve the demand of the large warehouse and distribution centers in the Wilmington area. The high bay construction will include two main entries and two distribution centers to accommodate flexible subdivision of the space. Maugel Architects and Peter Crocker of PGA Realty have worked together for many years. Previous projects with PGA Realty have included flex space, commercial office space and light manufacturing.
