Maugel DeStefano Architects, in collaboration with The Richmond Group, designed the laboratory environments for KSQ Therapeutics' new 57,000-square-foot research and development facility in Lexington, Massachusetts. The project included a complete laboratory fit-out as part of the renovation of the existing building, creating research spaces that support the advancement of cancer therapies across multiple drug modalities.
Designed to accommodate current workflows and future growth, the labortories provide efficiency, adaptability, and integration with the surrounding workplace. The result is a cohesive research facility that supports scientific innovation while connecting researchers with collaborative office and amenity spaces throughout the building.
