For this latest project for Bio-techne, our life sciences team designed 27,000 SF of much-needed expansion space to house additional lab, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. Bio-Techne, formerly Bionostics, was one of the earliest life science projects at the former Devens military base. Maugel DeStefano had previously designed 45,000 SF of laboratories, corporate offices, and manufacturing space for the firm in 2011.
