Polar Design Build selected Maugel DeStefano Architects to design-built the 34,000 SF showroom, office, and service area for Kenworth Northeast in Middleton, Mass. The facility is constructed out of CMU block and insulated panels and feature 8-inch concrete slab, a full sprinkler system throughout, LED lights, 11 service bays, a fabrication area, a component rebuild area, state inspection bays, wash bays, and radiant heated flooring in the service areas.
In addition to Maugel DeStefano and Polar Design, project team members include Flood Consulting and CBC Engineers.
