Our healthcare team designed a 16,600 SF multitenant medical office building for Pediatric West in Groton, MA. The Pediatric West suite occupies just under 7,000 SF and features 16 exam rooms, 7 private offices, a lab, 2 nurses' stations, and a large patient waiting room with a reading area and newborn nook. The layout uses a pod concept with exam rooms clustered between provider offices for efficiency. Nurses’ stations with unobstructed views of exam rooms allow for better observation and interaction with patients.
