Designed to evoke a collection of buildings that evolved organically over time, the development reflects the scale, character, and architectural heritage of the surrounding streetscape. Ground-floor restaurants and retail spaces activate Main Street, while discreetly located parking behind the building supports both businesses and residents. Above, seven residential units feature expansive window lines, private balconies, and cathedral ceilings that maximize natural light and views. The project is widely regarded as one of the most significant visual and economic improvements to Bedford’s Main Street in recent years.
