Bluestar Business Park Phase II Underway

Phase Two at Bluestar Business Park Underway

Condyne Capital Partners announced that Phase II permitting for Bluestar Business Park in Norton, Mass., is well underway.  The 815,000 SF industrial park spans 190 acres. The second phase includes three high bay warehouse buildings totaling 340,000 SF and a 30,000 SF flex building. Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build teamed with Maugel for the building design.

Clubhouse Renovation Complete at Nashawtuc CC

The new facility provides a modern farmhouse-style clubhouse designed with clean lines, contrasting materials, and human-scale proportions featuring expanded wellness, fitness, dining amenities, and event spaces.

Members First Credit Union Headquarters Opens

The team designed a new flagship headquarters for Members First Credit Union in Manchester, NH. Located at the corner of Elm and Salmon Streets, the new 16,100 SF brick-facade building is historically sensitive to the surrounding architecture of Manchester’s North End and features 61 parking spaces and an attached two-lane drive-thru.

Maugel Designs Groton Community School Expansion
