Our team repositioned three office buildings for Carruth Capital on West Park Drive in Westborough. Regarded as the region's premier office campus, the upgrades at buildings 1700, 1900 and 2000 included improvements to the lobbies, common areas, building amenities, and new finishes and furnishings.
