Maugel Architects designed the new 45,000 SF headquarters for Foster Corporation in Putnam, CT. Foster is a leading developer and manufacturer of engineered polymeric solutions for the medical device industry. The injection moulding process facility was a design-build collaboration with RP Masiello of Boylston, Massachusetts.

Maugel has completed the 27,000 SF addition to Bio-Techne's life science facility in Devens.  Bio-Techne is a leading supplier of high quality and innovative tools for life science research, therapeutic manufacturing and clinical diagnostics. The expansion provided much-needed laboratory, manufacturing and warehouse space. Maugel had previously designed 45,000 SF of laboratory, manufacturing and corporate offices for Bionostics at the same Devens location.
