Christine joined Maugel DeStefano in October 2021 as Controller and Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 20 years of financial and human resources experience in the education and technology sectors.
A graduate of Emmanuel College with degrees in mathematics and accounting, Christine combines strong financial expertise with a passion for accuracy and detail. She has a proven track record of supporting organizational growth and navigating complex financial and human resource challenges.
Christine is also a natural coach and collaborative leader who leads with compassion, authenticity, and mutual respect. Outside of work, she brings those same qualities to youth sports, where she helps foster resiliency and teamwork.
Working closely with executive leadership, Christine provides the strategic financial and HR expertise that supports the firm’s continued growth and success.
