Using a design-build approach, the team designed and constructed a new 3,900 SF regional branch in Bedford. The town's site review process included an aesthetic review of appearance and materials, so it was essential to design with a language that would maintain the brand of the bank while complementing the vernacular architecture of the town. Throughout the process, it was important to ensure the design would meet the parameters of the property owner and the approved site plan. The team worked closely with internal constituents and town officials to meet user needs and town code requirements.
