Our team was chosen by the Davis Companies to reposition 14 Crosby Drive as part of a large-scale campus repositioning project at The Xchange Bedford. The building features a voluminous three-story lobby with dramatic new finishes to attract high-end tenants. The design team revitalized the space with sleek materials and lighting. Large expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass illuminate the interior. Relocating activity zones into the building’s common areas created vibrancy to the space.
