Maugel Architects has been selected to design the new 3,700 square-foot Millbury branch of Fidelity Bank. Fidelity Bank is one of the oldest and continually growing independent, local community banks in Central Massachusetts. Fidelity has been in Millbury since 1973. In addition to the bank office, Maugel Architects will design extensive renovations to the 4,000 square-foot adjacent VFW hall at 16 South Main Street. The new branch office will be an addition to the renovated VFW hall. The move is schedule for May 2013.
Maugel Architects also designed Fidelity Bank's headquarters in Leominster, MA and the Worcester, MA branch office. The 48,000 square-foot headquarters served as the prototype for Massachusetts' Advanced Building energy conservation program.
