The team designed upgrades at the Winter Street facility for Hobbs Brook Management. The repositioning included renovations to the building’s three-story lobby and amenity improvements to the facility. The dramatic new design provides additional space and volume to the lobby—creating a high-energy activity zone flooded with natural light. Contemporary finishes, furniture, and lighting paired with an open stair, a feature fabric wall, and creative branding, create a welcoming environment for visitors. The project was awarded a LEED Core & Shell Gold rating.
