Riverview Commons
Riverview Commons, Andover, MA
A mixed-income development, Riverview Commons contains 225 of both low-income and market-rate housing units, in four buildings. Working with John M. Corcoran & Co., MAI designed this project to offer affordable housing coupled with social, recreational, and health/fitness amenities. The end result demonstrated that affordable does not have to mean “cheap”.
Shaws Landing
Shaw's Landing, New London, CT
MAI commenced the Shaw’s Landing project by devising a three-phase master plan for the spectacular waterfront property. The design then integrated 350 units of modular mixed-income housing with subterranean parking, a boardwalk, marina, durable finishes, and sustainable development strategies. Phase one is currently under construction.
Norwood Crossing
Norwood Crossing, Norwood, MA
Norwood Crossing is a 105-unit, dense residential complex amidst a suburban, commercial environment. Set upon a two-level parking deck, four-story structures enclose a landscaped courtyard, which also contains a swimming pool and social meeting places. During construction, MAI was recognized for creatively addressing budget and schedule challenges.
Westvale Meadows
Westvale Meadows, Concord, MA
Designed as Concord’s first cluster-zoning project, Westvale Meadows contains sixteen residential duplexes over single-floor apartments. The site features outdoor spaces, screened parking, and terraces. The cluster development preserves conservation land along the Assabet River, and maintains the historical and rural character of the property.
Albany Fellows
Albany Fellows, Boston, MA
MAI was recently selected by the Fallon Company, for the
