St. Elizebeth's Church, Sudbury, MA
MAI Architects developed a Master Plan and provided architectural services for a two-phase construction project at the church. The project’s goals were to expand and organize administrative areas, improve fellowship spaces, enhance site circulation, and provide accessibility to all building areas. Phase one construction was completed in 2005. |

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Osterville, MA
MAI conducted a detailed facility study to evaluate the Church’s space needs, scheduling, circulation and functional adjacencies; culminating in development of a schematic design for a substantial renovation project. During the study, MAI Architects developed a communication process geared towards building consensus within the Church around proposed improvements. |

Saint Anne’s-In-the-Field, Lincoln, MA
MAI Architects designed a two-phased project for Saint Anne’s involving construction of a 15,000 square foot parish hall/administrative wing, and most recently, the renovation and expansion to the c.1870 Sanctuary. Through the reorientation of building components and the creation of a new entry core, the design achieves accessibility to all building areas and optimizes the Church’s ability to welcome its members and visitors. |

Trinitarian Congregational Church, Concord, MA
With creative reorganization of interior spaces MAI completed a substantial renovation and expansion to this historically significant church while minimizing change to the building’s exterior envelope. The design scrutinized exterior detailing to ensure the project’s appropriateness in a downtown Concord setting directly abutting both the Business District and a residential neighborhood. This project entailed a comprehensive permitting process involving nearly every town Regulatory Board. |
