Emerson Hospital Satellite Facility, Sudbury, MA
Complete architectural services were provided for Emerson Hospital’s new satellite facility in Sudbury. The building includes two floors of medical space and is approximately 15,000 square feet. MAI is currently in the process of designing fit-up plans for suites within the building such as a digital imaging center, a radiology department, and phlebotomy laboratory. |

Dedham X-ray Suite, Dedham, MA
MAI Architects was selected by Dedham MRI to make architectural revisions to an existing X-ray suite (approximately 800 SF). MAI also assisted the client with selecting appropriate finishes to meet their desired healthcare setting. |

Dedham MRI Suite, Dedham, MA
This two-phased project involved renovation of former athletic spaces into a full service MRI suite, containing: reception area, changing rooms, offices, transcription space, and an MRI exam room. In Phase two, MAI designed renovations to the existing suite to house a second magnet, and assisted the client with the Department of Public Health licensure process. |

Lexington Pediatrics, Lexington, MA
Providing complete architectural services for the reconstruction of 16 exam rooms, 8 physician offices, a central check-in, lab space, staff and training areas, MAI assisted Lexington Pediatrics to consolidating and reorganizing their practice. The new layout and interior design changed an outdated, clinical suite into a comfortable and welcoming professional environment. |
