Maugel DeStefano designed the 20,000 SF medical office building to accommodate multiple healthcare providers and designed the doctor's office suite for the UMass Memorial Medical Group. The building features Richardsonian architectural components and an abundance of large windows to provide natural light and picturesque views to gathering spaces and exam rooms.
