Maugel Architects was hired to develop two corporate office locations for American Tower, one occupying two floors of a Boston high-rise, the other in a suburban office park. The interior design combines traditional elements with modern accessories, and uses sharp color and lighting effects to highlight interesting architectural details. |

Credit Union Headquarters, Marlborough, MA
Providing interior design for 132,000 square feet on four floors, this corporate headquarters involved intricate space planning and finishes selections. Public spaces highlight the Union’s commercial image and staff areas provide comfort and function. A custom fish tank and earthen palette define the lobby, and soft colors carry into the cafeteria and common areas. |

Acme’s space is modern and inviting to complement the building’s dynamic exterior, which MAI designed for the Nordblom Company. Intended to foster staff interaction and creativity, MAI planned energized spaces and selected finishes and furnishings. MAI designed the new television studio and corporate center for Fox Sports Network, consisting of: two sound proof studios, a celebrity green room, a raised floor computer hub, editing rooms, meeting spaces, and administrative offices. Gentle accent lighting and wood grains in televised studios join with metallic surfaces and contrasting accents in public areas. |
