Albany Fellows, Boston, MA
Maugel Architects was recently selected by the Fallon Company, for the
design of approximately 443,000 square feet of mixed-use development between Albany and Fellows Streets in Boston. Maugel guided the approval process through the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), the Boston Civic Design Commission (BCDC) and several Boston community groups.

The current vision of the project includes: 265 dwelling units in 348,000 square feet of residential space, approximately 30,000 square feet of research / office space and 8,400 square feet of retail space. There will be two levels of sub-terranian parking, an elevated four level parking structure, a six-story loft building and two residential towers of eight and nineteen stories. The complex will present a striking new Architectural Icon to the Boston skyline.
